My customer returned her Kleo order. What about my commissions?

So sorry to hear that your customer wasn't happy with their order! 

Kleo's Customer Support team is happy to help them with their return from start to finish. Once their refund has been issued any PQV (Personal Qualified Volume) that was generated from that purchase will be removed from the account and any commissions earned, reversed.
